These Terms govern your use of MMO Maid, a multi-tenant Discord bot management platform. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MMO Maid provides:
You log in via Discord OAuth2. We do not create separate accounts or store passwords.
You may only manage servers where you have Manage Server or Administrator permissions. The Service enforces role-based access (owner, manager, viewer) per server.
You agree not to:
Third-party plugins run in sandboxed Docker containers with no network access, read-only filesystems, strict CPU/memory limits, and unprivileged execution.
All plugins are reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee plugins are free from bugs or unintended behavior. Developers are responsible for their code.
Premium features are available via monthly or yearly subscriptions through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Cancel anytime from the dashboard — access continues until the current period ends. Price changes communicated 30 days in advance.
Handled case-by-case. Contact support@mmomaid.com within 14 days of purchase.
The shared bot with core plugins is free. Free users are subject to the same Terms.
The Service, its design, code, branding, and built-in plugins are owned by MMO Maid and protected by copyright.
You retain ownership of content you create (configurations, settings). You grant us a limited license to store and process it for the Service.
You retain ownership of plugin code. You grant us a license to host, distribute, and run it in our sandbox. Existing installations may continue after removal from the marketplace.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes data collection, use, and protection.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Discord outages or policy changes may affect the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or any amount exceeding fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or plugins you publish.
Stop using the Service anytime. For full deletion, email privacy@mmomaid.com.
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, Discord policy violations, platform security threats, or unpaid premium services. We will provide notice where possible.
Subscriptions stop renewing. Configurations may be deleted after 30 days. Marketplace plugins remain unless you request removal. Liability and IP sections survive termination.
These Terms are governed by US law. Disputes will be resolved through informal resolution first (30 days), then binding arbitration. You waive class-action participation.
We may modify these Terms with 14 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
